Shipping Policy

How do I track the order status?

Upon dispatch of the product, you will receive a notification with the tracking number and courier details.
You may also track your order by clicking on the “Your Orders” option in your My Account page.
Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of dispatch.

Do I have to pay any delivery charges?

CASA LIGHTS provides Free Shipping on all orders.
No minimum cart value required — delivery is completely free.

Where do we deliver in India?

CASA LIGHTS currently delivers exclusively to serviceable locations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Delivery availability is automatically verified when you enter your pincode during checkout.

How will the delivery be done?

Deliveries will be made by our third-party courier and logistics partners or through Postal Services,
depending on your location.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

If you are not available when our courier attempts delivery:

  • The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • They may also contact you via phone call or SMS.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to origin.

In such cases, you are entitled to receive a full refund.

Delivery Terms

  • A Goods Receipt is required to be signed upon delivery. CASA LIGHTS takes no responsibility if the receipt is signed by someone other than the purchaser at the shipping address.

  • Since monetary transactions are authorized by the cardholder, CASA LIGHTS  will not be responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused after delivery.

  • Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are encouraged to provide an unboxing video or note the issue on the Goods Receipt.

  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, please report this within 24 hours, otherwise we may not be able to process your request.

  • For orders containing multiple products, delivery may be made in multiple shipments.

  • Orders will be Delivered within 2-4 business days from the order date. However, unforeseen delays may occur. If delivery cannot be made within the estimated time, you will be notified via email with options to either cancel the order or wait.

Delivery of Heavy Shipments

For Large Appliances or Bulky Items:

  • Delivery will be made up to your doorstep.

  • Delivery to upper floors is possible if a lift is available and the shipment fits inside.

  • If no lift is available, delivery up to the 2nd floor by stairs can be arranged, provided the staircase is wide enough (staircase width = product width + 35 cm clearance).

  • If delivery above the ground floor is not possible, the product will be delivered to the ground floor of your address.

  • Prices and availability of products, offers, and services are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of CASA LIGHTS.
  • Prices displayed on the website include GST but do not include delivery charges unless otherwise mentioned.
