Returns & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs or  before dispatch by contacting us at info@casalights.in with your Order ID.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return request after delivery (as per our return policy below).

  • CASA LIGHTS reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

    • Product unavailability

    • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Product not functioning as described

To be eligible for a return

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video is Must to validate claims of damage or missing items.
  •  

Products not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Items purchased on Festival Sale / Clearance (unless defective).

Return Process

  • Raise a request via email at info@casalights.in with your Order ID, issue details, and proof (photos/videos).
  • Our customer care team will review the request and arrange return pickup (if applicable).
  • After product inspection at our facility, refund/replacement will be initiated.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be Credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.
  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed through bank transfer/UPI.
  • In case of partial returns, shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement over a refund, CASA LIGHTS  will dispatch the replacement product after receiving the returned item.
  • If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund instead.
  • Replacement of the product will be done within 2-3 business days.
